Terrible customer service. Delivery time has just been doubled and will now take 9 weeks rather than the 4 we were advised of. We would not have ordered if we knew this. 23 phones calls were unanswered, other than by the sales department, who answer every time but cannot offer any help. Countless messages and emails remain unanswered. The one time I got through to a person, with absolutely no people skills, I was advised that the emails were wrong and it wasn't her fault and I just had to keep waiting. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
