Not impressed... they don’t answer emails which is very frustrating. The product I have is very poor quality and after a few weeks even with us looking after and covering daily the seat is faded and torn on stitching. Quite likely a simple manufacturing error they could easily correct and make me a happy customer again. But for that they need to answer the phone or reply to emails.... which they simply do not. As it stands I have paid £600 for garden furniture which has lasted no more than 3 months with very little use.
