I am a very big lover of tea and buy from different sources. I discovered P&T on one of my many visits to Berlin and always visit their store in Berlin and am impressed with their selection and the quality of their products. I also now order online to my home in France. The only suggestion that I would make to P&T is that when a customer places an order online of over 60 Euros, which I recently did, it would be good marketing to include a few samples of teas in teabags at the very least, as all of your main competitors do that both instore and online. My recent online order of over 60 Euros was delivered in a simple boring package with no samples, no message from P&T and not even any advertising from the company. You are losing business and image by not doing so, as many of my purchases, including my recent one of Jackpot Derby, were made because of one small sample. Generosity pays off, especially with a customer willing to spend over 60 Euros for only two 250g bags of tea.
