“The box looks amazing and the products are of high quality! However when I opened the box I saw that my bowl form the matcha starter pack was broken. So the packaging could do better! However for now I can enjoy my matcha in the morning every now and then.”

“Great service and good communication when I had a delivery problem a while ago. I was very impressed. I drink Jackpot Derby tea almost very day and I would love to try other flavours, but would not risk paying for a full box that I'm not sure I would like. I wish you could send regular customers sample tea bags to try.”

“The tea is very nice but the shipping is too expensive and should be free when you are a good customer and want to order some more. I wanted to but will not because of that.”

“I taste this tea on a trip and I really liked it. I found the store online and I made a purchase. The product is delicious I have zero complains but the shipping took too long to be that expensive. Almost a full week and a fee of 9 euros. This might be a deal breaker for the future.”
