“Great service and good communication when I had a delivery problem a while ago. I was very impressed. I drink Jackpot Derby tea almost very day and I would love to try other flavours, but would not risk paying for a full box that I'm not sure I would like. I wish you could send regular customers sample tea bags to try.”

“Not only do I love the branding, but all P&T products too. The teas have notes that are so hard to find in other tea brands, and the Advent Calendar really made it easy for me to try as many as possible! And let's not forget the exceptional customer experience I was lucky enough to have when visiting Berlin... I wish there were more of your shops in other European countries! Love from Italy”
