“The box looks amazing and the products are of high quality! However when I opened the box I saw that my bowl form the matcha starter pack was broken. So the packaging could do better! However for now I can enjoy my matcha in the morning every now and then.”

“The tea is very nice but the shipping is too expensive and should be free when you are a good customer and want to order some more. I wanted to but will not because of that.”

“Hi! I overall absolutely love your teas, but have the weirdest thing with my last order - inside the Unter Den Linden tea box, packed in the Unter Den Lined individual tea bag pouches are Pure Prana tea bags…. It is unfortunate to purposefully buy a specific the tea flavour and receive something completely different and not to your liking…”
