I ordered Brave new earl tea, what used to be my all time favorite tee 250g. Just today I tasted this new order. And i just have to say it was one big disapointment, as the smell is complitely different of tea itself , and of course after adding teh water flavour is complitely different from the one it used to be. I do not know my heart the old recepie of this tee, but seams it has been changed complitely lately. I wish I would be informed about the flavour chage before I bought it. Also the tea called In the mood for love, has been changed and is not the same. I usually dont do that, but this time I will try to ask for the refund.

That’s understandably disappointing, especially when it concerns a long-time favorite. Please rest assured that we haven’t changed the recipes for either blend. However, since our teas are made with natural ingredients, variations between harvests can affect both aroma and flavor. That said, your experience clearly didn’t meet your expectations, and we completely understand your wish for more transparency. Order still hasn’t arrived. Ordered on 18th December for Christmas present, stated delivery in 20th. No sign of it today 24th. Doubt will be here today. Exceptionally poor

I still have not received my tea after 2 weeks & 6 days past the estimated delivery date. Customer serivce has done nothing to help.

I ordered it as a birthday gift for someone 5 days before. On the website the delivery is 1-3 days but that is not true. I had to buy another gift somewhere else because after 5 days the package was still in germany. The total delivery time was at least 9 days.

This review doesn't reflect the quality of products P&T, it reflects the service. As a tea lover they broke my hart. The items I ordered well they where never shipped, and every time I sent a question regarding it I got a promise next week, or next mont. The items where sold out. And I was got another falls promise that they would be in stock in next week or so. After more then a month I asked to a refund, that wasn't delivered in a full amount. And I needed to send again request for that. With the tone is some of the emails I was disappointed as I did love their products. But they did nothing to besides play with my patients that was more then tolerant.

My parcel was send to the wrong adres. I called the contactcenter more then a week ago and up until now I don't know what will be done!
