“Un grand merci pour votre service après vente. Le premier colis m'a été livré très abîmé par Chronopost. Des produits étaient cassés. Votre service client a été très réactif et m'a envoyé un second colis pour remplacer ce qui avait été cassé. Le service livraison DPD cette fois a été très professionnel. Je recommanderai vos produits. Un grand merci à vous pour votre professionnalisme.”

“The best collection of tea but the best of all are the people working at the Utrecht branch. They proved the best services and they are the nices and kindest team. I feel grateful to have them around as they introduced me to tea which now an essential part of my life.”
