“I love the PT website, shop in Berlin, packaging and most importantly their tea. I fell in love with their mint tea when I got a sample in the shop. From this time I order this and other teas regularly. Love their quality. Sometimes there are great offers, or gifts. Though I somehow did not recive the gift last time (probably just forgotten) I will still shop there next time.”

“I ordered it as a birthday gift for someone 5 days before. On the website the delivery is 1-3 days but that is not true. I had to buy another gift somewhere else because after 5 days the package was still in germany. The total delivery time was at least 9 days.”

“This review doesn't reflect the quality of products P&T, it reflects the service. As a tea lover they broke my hart. The items I ordered well they where never shipped, and every time I sent a question regarding it I got a promise next week, or next mont. The items where sold out. And I was got another falls promise that they would be in stock in next week or so. After more then a month I asked to a refund, that wasn't delivered in a full amount. And I needed to send again request for that. With the tone is some of the emails I was disappointed as I did love their products. But they did nothing to besides play with my patients that was more then tolerant.”

“Great variety of teas. I enjoy having some background information about the tea, it helps to "shape your taste" ( former le goût). The teas are high quality and sourceable, which is also very important to me. And most importantly, it's a moment of blissfull pleasure in the day to sip a coup. And last argument : in these days of sobriety, having a variety of (cold) teas to accompany various dishes is also a good alternative to wine: food pairing with cold brewed teas.”
