Great variety of teas. I enjoy having some background information about the tea, it helps to "shape your taste" ( former le goût).
The teas are high quality and sourceable, which is also very important to me.
And most importantly, it's a moment of blissfull pleasure in the day to sip a coup.
And last argument : in these days of sobriety, having a variety of (cold) teas to accompany various dishes is also a good alternative to wine: food pairing with cold brewed teas.
