I paid total amount for my order. After that 2 hours they send me message that you have to pay more money to process my order.
And I asked just refund my money, why should I pay more money, I already paid fully for the order.
And now they are not replying my message, no contact & total disaster. Don’t know what to do.
Hope management will read this & will get my money back.
I was not expecting this kind of service from Parcelabc.
