The company provided packing instructions that, it turned out after over a month delay, did not comply with the courier’s requirements. The company blamed me for not packing properly when I did everything exactly as they instructed. The company has now taken all my money paid for the courier and my package is lost.

I can only agree with the others here who have experienced price-gouging, lack of transparency, extremely unprofessional customer service, and lots of surprise costs. Definitely a scam. They even sent a giant bill to my work! You'd be better off just buying a camel or a donkey to transport your things, or throwing your things in the garbage.

had a terrible experience with ParcelABC. My parcel collection was repeatedly rescheduled over a month, yet they had no clear reason for the delays and seemed indifferent to resolving the issue. There was no accountability—no proactive communication or calls, just endless rearrangements without any progress. The company also offers very limited refund options, which complicates the process if they don’t deliver. I’m now stuck trying to get my money back from a service that couldn’t fulfill its commitment. I strongly advise avoiding ParcelABC if you value reliability and customer service.

Contraté los servicios de ParcelABC para enviar unas cajas desde España a Inglaterra con ropa de invierno, ya que me mudo. Nunca llegaron mis cajas, y la gestión fue un desastre. Cada vez que escribía al servicio de atención al cliente para saber de mi paquete, me respondía la misma persona, Julius H, quien fue increíblemente ineficaz. Tras varias llamadas a UPS, que me confirmaban que todo iba bien, mi paquete jamás llegó a su destino. Puse una reclamación explicando todo lo ocurrido y, de nuevo, Julius H. simplemente me respondió: "El envío fue devuelto porque el destinatario lo rechazó al considerarse un pedido duplicado". ¿Cómo puede ser eso, si, además, yo soy tanto el remitente como el destinatario y estoy en Inglaterra? Cuando les pedí una explicación más clara, Julius H. me contestó: "La dirección del remitente está en España, el paquete ha sido devuelto al remitente, ya que el destinatario rechazó el paquete". Me daba la sensación de que ni siquiera leían mis correos. Realmente frustrante. Además, el único medio de contacto con ParcelABC es el correo electrónico, y su número de teléfono no es español, lo que implica que te cobran por llamar. Todo esto hizo que el proceso fuera aún más frustrante y complicado. Tras varias llamadas vanas a atención al cliente de UPS, fue necesario escalar el asunto a un nivel superior. Afortunadamente, contacté por correo con Simon Feirn de UPS, quien fue de gran ayuda y, gracias a él, parece ser que finalmente el paquete está en camino.

I was sending a shipment from Sweden to Switzerland. I found this website and everything seemed ok. They quote me 180€ for it. Nothing else was showed on the form, and they were aware that the shipment would go to Switzerland. After paying the 180€, and before getting the label, I got an email from their support asking for another 180€ as it was what they expected the maximum import tax to be. This is utterly wrong to do, as they were aware of all the information before I paid, but I paid because I really needed to send it. UPS did not show up on the day chosen by me. UPS told me they never got a request for pick-up, I had to schedule one with UPS directly. After the parcel was delivered, I enquire about the extra 180€ as I had contacted UPS directly and they told me no tax was charged from what they could see. ParcelABC said it can take up to 21 working days for them to get the tax invoice and proceed with the refund if needed. This was completely new information and no were it is written in their website. I cannot ask for an invoice from UPS nor the Swiss tax agency because parcelABC has all the data about it. The only think I can do is trust them. The ones that do not even know Europe has several times zones and called it "German time" when I asked what is their timezone.

Awful service! I am sure the parcel was lost, although they claim that there are some problems with that. The parcel is in the transit for almost 1 month and still no information about it. The manager I communicate with remains unresponsive for weeks, unless I ask him what's going on, so I have to keep that in mind all the time. Will never use the service again!

This company stinks. They couldn’t get my packages through customs and kept asking for more money. Now my packages are gone and they still want more money.

Really bad experience with this company. They are not a shipping company but rather a customer-facing intermediary, that made me a competitive offer, then engaged UPS to pick and transport my boxes (they arrived almost destroyed), and then came back and asked for additional money not initially agreed. The reason they stated for sending an additional invoice is that the boxes were heavier than in the order, however I kept an Excel with the weight for the boxes while packing and this was not true, indeed the boxes were lighter than agreed. If you don't pay the additional invoice, their lawyer Neil Barnett will send you several threaning emails. Do not trust them!

what went wrong? what doesnt go wrong with this company. Always trying to scam you out of money, extra costs, hidden costs added from out of the hat. First they offering you shipping quote than some weeks later sending you some crazy invoices for apparent additional costs from the carrier & only their word for it, no documentation from the carrier, no proof of any additional costs, its only what they say & demand invoice to be paid, & threaten you with debt collectors, & legal action for fraudulent action but only from theirs side! Avoid this scammers by Far!!!

Worst experience ever with a parcel company. I was sent an item back for a warranty repair which i had sold to a customer in another country. I explained to them it was a warranty repair and they even acknowledged this on email to me and it was wriiten on everything. We sent a 0 value invoice with warranty repair written on it as otherwise we would have to pay import fees on an item we werent buying just repairing that we would need to re ship straight out once fixed. They confused everything buy contacting the customer and demanding the original invoice even though they new it was a repair and then proceeded to pay tax again on the whole value. They then contacted me to ask me to refund them which i said I wasnt doing as i was waiting for my refund of the 95 deposit i had had to give them for a broken repair. The 'lawyer' called Neil threatened to report me for fraud constantly if i didnt pay......how could I pay for their mistake? I felt bullied and harrassed bombarded with emails. Obviously I cant pay tax on an item ive sold not bought and where the purchaser has already paid tax on it once and where its going back to him. What they should have done knowing it was a warranty repair is done the correct paperwork and accept this is their mistake. Useless company now threatening to take me to court

I have contracted the service with Parcel ABC, they never took charge of picking up the boxes, I had to take them personally to the carrier's warehouse, having to pay again for the shipment. They never took charge of this expense. I have also taken out insurance, and since several things arrived broken, when I claimed, they never took care of it either. I would not recommend it for anything in the world, a service to really suffer with your shipments.

They are basically cheating you. First they give you a competitive price, but right after the payment, they ask you to pay for customs (that is ok, but the price is totally unrealistic). They promised to refund the rest, but nothing has happened. After the several months of waiting and poor customer support, they requested for an additional fee because the "delivery was bigger than declared". Since answering them back, the "lawyer of the company" sent a message threatening that if I don't pay the invoice it will have an impact on my mortgage and tax matters. What a hilarious company. The contact by "the lawyer" happened on Friday night, which I interpret as an effort to get me to pay the money in order not to spoil my weekend.. I have checked all the facts from UPS, which they use as a courier. Basically, Parcel ABC is not doing anything else but collecting orders and money. Never use them!!

Title: "Terrible Experience: Lost Item and worst Customer Service" Review: I had an incredibly disappointing experience with ParcelABC that left me feeling frustrated and cheated. After paying €150 to ship my clothes from Germany to Tbilisi, Georgia, I expected a reasonable service in return. However, what I received was far from satisfactory. Firstly, despite their website promising a delivery time of 9 days, I ended up waiting a staggering 3 months before my parcel finally arrived. Upon opening the package, I was horrified to find that my puffer jacket was missing, and the parcel had been tampered with. It was clear that someone had intentionally opened my parcel and stolen my valuable item. When I contacted ParcelABC's customer service for assistance, I was met with nothing but disdain and disrespect. The representative, Michal, had the audacity to offer me a mere €25 as compensation for an item that cost me over €400. Despite my understandable frustration and anger, I was met with dismissiveness and arrogance. This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. ParcelABC's inability to deliver packages in a timely manner, coupled with their disregard for customer satisfaction, makes them unworthy of anyone's trust. I urge others to steer clear of this company to avoid the headache and disappointment that I experienced. ParcelABC is nothing more than a group of scammers masquerading as a legitimate shipping service.

Paid for a service, service did not happen because of the provider who did not have space left in his truck (first of, excuse me ? What is this organisation? Are you sure you sent them the correct info?). Instead of finding a solution and apologising to me on behalf of their partner, client support told me they were not responsible and blamed me for « organising last moment ». (I have planned the sending of packages and happen to travel 4 days later.) What the hell ? Still waiting for an update, terrible customer support, no empathy, no solution, and up to now, inexistant service. The worst, do not recommend at all.

My dealings with this organization have made it clear that they do not assume any accountability or responsibility for the actual shipment of parcels. They function merely as an intermediary booking service. The promised delivery timeframe for my parcel was 2 - 6 days; however, it has now been 16 days and counting. Any attempt to follow up results in them simply copying and pasting information from the courier’s online tracking system and forwarding it. I will not be utilizing this company’s services in the future, nor will I recommend them to others. One should not be misled by their pricing and delivery estimates.

It’s pathetic customer service,response is terrible when claims are submitted.I have been following up on my parcel for almost two months now , no concrete feedback provided when you follow up. They lack response and feedback in their team,not passionate about their buisness.
