It’s the worst experience with sending a package I’ve ever had. I’ve order a courier and paid 50 euro for a package that was never even collected. ParcelABC support told me to arrange it with fedex on my own. What is their role than? FedEx office is not answering phone calls and it’s been already 1.5 month for trying to send a package, making calls every day and writing to support with no effect. At least I want my money for a package back
