Awful service! I am sure the parcel was lost, although they claim that there are some problems with that.
The parcel is in the transit for almost 1 month and still no information about it. The manager I communicate with remains unresponsive for weeks, unless I ask him what's going on, so I have to keep that in mind all the time.
Will never use the service again!
