I have contracted the service with Parcel ABC, they never took charge of picking up the boxes, I had to take them personally to the carrier's warehouse, having to pay again for the shipment. They never took charge of this expense.
I have also taken out insurance, and since several things arrived broken, when I claimed, they never took care of it either.
I would not recommend it for anything in the world, a service to really suffer with your shipments.
