I made sure I read the terms and conditions. I want to send my passport back to the UK for renewal. The UK insist on this step. After paying the money, I discovered that I had not been provided with the label. This is highly unusual. The next morning I received an email saying that passports cannot be sent via this company. Yet, the information inserted clearly stated the package was going to the HM Post Office location. Furthermore, they claim the terms and conditions state passports and official IDs cannot be sent in the package. What type of courier is this. I asked for a full refund. Hopefully they will oblige. This seems to be an organization operating at a beta phase. They are not ready for prime time.
