“Paid for a service, service did not happen because of the provider who did not have space left in his truck (first of, excuse me ? What is this organisation? Are you sure you sent them the correct info?).
Instead of finding a solution and apologising to me on behalf of their partner, client support told me they were not responsible and blamed me for « organising last moment ». (I have planned the sending of packages and happen to travel 4 days later.) What the hell ? Still waiting for an update, terrible customer support, no empathy, no solution, and up to now, inexistant service.
The worst, do not recommend at all.”
“My dealings with this organization have made it clear that they do not assume any accountability or responsibility for the actual shipment of parcels.
They function merely as an intermediary booking service. The promised delivery timeframe for my parcel was 2 - 6 days; however, it has now been 16 days and counting.
Any attempt to follow up results in them simply copying and pasting information from the courier’s online tracking system and forwarding it.
I will not be utilizing this company’s services in the future, nor will I recommend them to others. One should not be misled by their pricing and delivery estimates.”

They sent you extra charges when after courier pick up found the package dimension or weight differ from what I input, but not notify or given me proof on actual day during pick up. You should notify me before processing and not collected the parcel. They just expect you to pay and agree whatever the amount they tell you, which was ridiculous. Their parcel lawyer (neil) sent me rude unprofessional emails and tried to scare you with words. Doesn’t know how to deal with customers whatsoever! To avoid in anyway!!

They are late to answer, and they excuse themselves, saying FedEx didn't refund them.

“I already deleted my negative comment about this company once, because an employee was whining about it, and he promised that he would help me with a refund, but I won't delete this feedback now. I know that an Michał who is very close to the boss will respond and explain that their company provided service for me, which is nonsense. They will also say that I am rude and not nice to them :D Let me explain. I purchased their service, shipping a parcel from Spain to England. Their system was so unclear that I accidentally asked the sender to take the parcel to the courier point. Unfortunately, the company from Spain did not agree to this. So, I urgently started writing messages and calling their 3 phone numbers to change the way their courier collects the parcel. After a whole day of unsuccessful contact with them, I wrote a message saying that I’m cancelling their service and to refund my money. They also ignored this message and did not withdraw the sticker which is accidentally used by a company from Spain (they passed it on to the UPS new courier). In the meantime, I purchased service from UPS - They picked up the parcel and delivered it to my address. I paid for their service separately. Unfortunately, PARCEL-ABC does not want to give me money for the service because the sender apparently UPS used their sticker, which should not be valid, and that they did the service for me :D Unfortunately, I do not recommend this company. This company is not honest, they only reply when they have an interest in it. completely unorganized company, it's just a mess.”

“Rather book directly with the courier service
It works ok until you have a problem with your shipment, then you are going to have the worst experience.. Because you havent booked directly with the courier service. In fact ParcelABC would be account holder who has placed your order with the courier service, so when you contact the courier because your parcel has arrived smashed to pieces, they cant help you, you have to deal with ParcelABC who will drag the process on for months. Do yourself a favour and just book directly with the courier service, SERIOUSLY.”
“Terrible company, been fighting 2 and half months now to receive a refund for a shipment they failed to send. Avoid at all cost, just compare the shipping cost of different couriers yourself to save the headache. After 80 or more emails I was able to receive a refund for the shipment fee, but to this date they still haven't refunded the advance payment which was supposed to be for customs clearance. Obviously there's no customs clearance fees as the parcel was never even picked up and now they are not refunding the advance payment for the customs clearance. I'm moving this over to a lawyer very soon.”
“ESTAFAAAA!!!! NO LO CONTRATES, perderás tiempo y dinero, son unos informales que no cumple y luego ponen excusas para no resolver nada y se dejan tu dinero. Definitivamente es una empresa que debería ser sancionada por incumplimiento contractual. Y multada por el organismo de defensa del consumidor. Haré mi denuncia en los organismos correspondientes.
