Paid for a service, service did not happen because of the provider who did not have space left in his truck (first of, excuse me ? What is this organisation? Are you sure you sent them the correct info?).
Instead of finding a solution and apologising to me on behalf of their partner, client support told me they were not responsible and blamed me for « organising last moment ». (I have planned the sending of packages and happen to travel 4 days later.) What the hell ? Still waiting for an update, terrible customer support, no empathy, no solution, and up to now, inexistant service.
The worst, do not recommend at all.
