They promised to refund the service they did not fulfill, right after I wrote my review. It has taken more than one month and nothing has happened.
They are late to answer, and they excuse themselves, saying FedEx didn't refund them.
Sorry, but I didn't buy a label with FedEx, but with Parcel ABC!! Don't do business with them, total fraud!
