Very bad. The worst service ever, after 20 days the shipment was returned without any known reason and during all the process ParcelABC was unable to provide any information whatsoever to the status of the shipment.
I am still waiting that they return the money paid, they even requested an additional amount of 360€ in case taxes had to be paid, and they are not willing to return, just giving excuses to postpone the reimbursement.
