It has been 4 days since my parcel was supposed to be picked up.
Everyday the customer service tells me they will pick up so I wait home for NOTHING.
The only time a real person reached out to me was when I wrote a comment about the company. And the only thing they did was asking me to remove it….
This company is a Joke very very Unreliable!!
