Excellent Customer Service!
I asked a question about a specific pen refill that I had not been able to locate anywhere. My pen was unbranded, but a present from my wife so very dear to my heart. Sally provided a helpful & honest answer.
I placed the order a few days later & opted for Royal Mail First Class delivery, the refills arrived a couple of days later & fitted my pen.
