“Truly amazing service. I ordered a twin pack of refills for a Cross ballpoint pen to which, together with a rollerball pen, I had treated myself last Christmas. My order was placed online on Thursday the 27th August, and to my great surprise and delight it was delivered by the postman the next day. I have to add that the ballpoint is the best pen I have ever owned, so you have a doubly happy customer. Thank you.”
“I ordered an engraved pen on Friday morning and it was delivered the next day on Saturday morning. The quality is exactly as advertised. My one complaint is that they only allow 13 characters of engraving. I've used other companies in the past who do more, but I needed this right away. Even with the discount the price wasn't cheap, but the service is first class.”
“I ordered a set of Mont Blanc ballpoint refills as a gift for someone, to give yesterday. They have still not arrived. I contacted the company, as the Royal Mail tracking is useless. They say they can only give tracking information once the package has been delivered.
The email I received from the company,.firstly got my name wrong. Not a good start. No apology for the delayed package. No immediate solution. It was portrayed as if by my selecting first class royal mail, the delay was somehow my fault.
No action by The Pen shop for 10 days. At which point. I still may not have the product. By which time ir will be too late to give to the person the gift was for.
Awful.
Will never use this company again, nor will I recommend it.”
