Delighted with their excellent customer service - responsive and sensible.
I ordered 2 x boxes of Mont Blanc refills (c.£30), but ordered the wrong ones (should have been finlliner, mistakenly ordered rollerball).
I dropped an email to their customer service team, looking to exchange and they were (1) instantly agreeable (2) were quick with the response and (3) have just emailed to say that they have dispatched the replacement refills.
Brilliant! Well done to Pen Shop and the customer service team.
