Great Customer Service.
I own a very special Cross pen and have had several unsuccessful attempts to purchase refill cartridges for it, Once I contacted the Pen Shop, they replied very quickly & asked for photos of the pen, cartridge alongside a ruler. Once I sent these off, the Pen Shop were able to ascertain the exact refill which I required. I ordered these and within 3 days, they were delivered by Royal Mail.
Great Customer Service and prompt delivery. Highly recommended
