Purchased refills for our fountain and roller ball pens. Ordered and they came the next day. Not the easiest refills to find but others do stock them. Rating is low due to the issue that we did not get any "options" on postage - considered this too expensive. Would have been happy to wait for delivery (not in a hurry) and pay less for it. Would prevent us ordering from The Pen Shop again - Cost for postage was forced on us which is utterly unacceptable but we could not stop the order. Shame really, we appreciate postage is unavailable sometimes but.....nearly £4 for two tiny items!
