I only wanted a couple of 'fine' black CROSS ballpoint refills. and the manufacturer's website had them in stock. but the price doubled by the time delivery had been added in!
Ridiculous.
But The Pen Shop had them in stock as well, and their delivery costs were cheap, so I ordered from The Pen Shop. The refills arrived in the post next day too!
So the pen shop had good stock, good quality, cheap delivery and very rapid turnaround.
