I recently had difficulty finding the correct cartridge for my fountain pen which I mistakenly thought was a Cross pen, I was unusually invited to the company office where I was helped by a lovely young gentleman to find and supply the correct cartridge for my pen, I’m very grateful to at last be able to use my lovely tortoiseshell pen … Regards Mrs Pauline Howorth
