Excellent pens and a sensible price. Very pleased with the Cross ballpoint pen I bought as a gift for a family member. Not sure if this was just a problem on the day I was ordering, but I found the website a bit clunky and unresponsive. I have bought a number of items from Pen Shop previously and not had this problem!
