I needed a replacement for my ancient Waterman fountain pen. There are no fountain pen shops anywhere near me. I sent an email to The Pen Shop to tell them what I was looking for (a smooth writing fountain pen for a left-hander). They came back very quickly with a list of suggestions. I chose one of them, it arrived the next day, and I'm very happy with it. I was also very confident in placing an order because of the ability to send it back if it wasn't to my liking.
