I have had a very smart ball point pen gifted to me by a student and have been without a cartridge for many years as unable to find one locally, decided to try The Pen Shop and they had just what l needed so very pleased with there excellent customer service. One blip, postage quite expensive, l did not see option of a cheaper postage option which is all l needed.
