I had a bit of trouble with the order site but with the advice of the helpful 'Colin' was able to proceed. The pen looks excellent. I cannot yet vouch for its use as it is a gift and I was reluctant to try it out. The service was prompt and the product looks first class. Thank you. Brenda Power
