Do not use this company, if you have a claim you cannot get hold of anyone and will not receive any updates on your claim unless you chase them around 10 times (for every enquiry). Even trying to discuss the reinsurance of a new vehicle (reluctantly), you will not be able to get through to anyone. The chatbot on their website does not work, no response to the customer service email address and The claims number is a 3rd party company who cannot discuss your policy and pretty useless in sorting claims as well. You are much better off paying a bit more for a reputable company!! However when you sign up, you'll have someone available within minutes - Do not risk it!
