Wrote to Peppercorn Insurance asking to change my payment date, but received no reply.
Sent another e-mail saying i would cancel my policy if i didn't receive a reply, and lo and behold i received a response.
They do the job, but it's not as simple as picking up the phone and speaking to someone should you have an issue. So proceed with caution and be aware of the limitations of using an insurance company backed up mainly by A.I
