The signing up process for motor insurance was very good and the product comes with a five star defect rating. Whilst the sign up process was excellent - simple and fast, I was a bit nervous moving away from the bigger providers I have always used before. Hopefully I will never need to use the insurance but the proof of the pudding will be in how easy it is to access claims lines and in the event a claim is required, ultimately to pay out.
