Worst experience ever. I’ve had a no fault accident, it’s now become my worst nightmare because Peppercorn never get back to me. All I get is generated auto responses from them. I only insured with them because they had such good reviews on Compare the Website. Obviously fake reviews. Won’t be using Compare the Website ever again either! I’m seriously considering reporting them to the insurance ombudsman
