Finally I have an offer for my vehicle which was written off due to a non fault accident! It took me to finally lose my temper with Peppercorn/Auxillis for them to get back to me despite numerous emails and non answered phone calls. They’re quick to take your money, but when it comes to making a claim they don’t want to know. This has been my worst nightmare, I’ve not been able to sleep due to the worry they have caused me! They’ve made me a nervous wreck! Fingers crossed the money will be paid into my account next week??
