I met Steve Shull during a Compass retreat. He was on a panel speaking about building a team correctly. I had a team - or so I thought. I was stressed, working harder, and definitely making less money. Life was not easier as I had hoped. His panel spoke to my heart and I began coaching with him right away. Steve knows his stuff! He has helped me restructure the team to give me more time. My family has noticed that I am less stressed and have more time to spend with them as he demanded that I take one day off per week. No one fired me for this, in fact I think my clients respect me more after putting up boundaries and guardrails. It is a no-brainer to work with Steve regardless if you are a single agent, a team leader, or team member. He is the best of the best and his entire community is spectacular. I love them all and am so grateful to have met them!
