I first saw Steve Shull on a panel discussion and was struck by how clear his insights were and how easily he conveyed those thoughts. He also had a unique set of insights that aligned very closely with my personal experieces running a high-performance team of 13. After only two months of coaching we are seeing significant improvements in all areas of operations.
