I went to the Blackburn store to buy my niece a special 16th birthday present.
Elysia came to help us find something my niece would like and she was so helpful, patient and lovely and made the experience so much more enjoyable for my niece.
She has only recently joined your team apparently but is definitely going to be a real asset to you.
