“Called into the Blackburn store today with the off chance that two necklaces could be cleaned for me . All the staff were very helpful and Phoebe was great in dealing with the request , very friendly and did a fantastic job . Very much appreciated.”

“Outstanding customer service - I mean best in class! I ordered a couple of pairs of earrings for my wife's birthday. Within a few minutes I received a phone call informing me that they only had one pair in stock. I explained why I wanted two pairs and when I needed them by. The man on the phone told me he'd contact their supplier. I've had a couple of emails in the meantime keeping me updated with progress and they arrived today just a week since I placed the order. Honestly they are stunning - even better than the photos on the website. I can't recommend Peter Jackson Jewellers highly enough - Thank you. Andrew Waller”

“Excellent service! earrings arrived within 2 days wrapped and with the message I had requested, they were for a birthday present for my sister and she was over the moon. The price was very competitive in comparison to other jewellery sites, will buy from Peter Jackson again.”

“Excellent customer service from Danny. I placed an order for Gucci gold earrings for our daughter in laws 40th birthday, due to an error on my part ordered the wrong earrings. Contacted Customer Service and spoke with Danny who arranged return and replacement earrings which was excellent - quick delivery was second to none. “I ordered a citizen watch online wednesday evening and it arrived today Friday free postage to Northern Ireland. Also the watch was the best price compared to other online shops. The watch was well packaged and for a nice touch there was a pen amongst the packaging. I'm very pleased with this lovely watch and the service from Peter Jackson's Jewellery. I would certainly recommend and have no hesitation buying from this shop again.”

“Brilliant service i had been into the shop a few weeks earlier and bought the wife some ear rings for her birthday. I intended to go back and get the matching chain also but due to illness couldn't get into the shop. So I ordered online and the welcome bonus was superb and it was gift wrapped perfectly. I recieved a text to say the order was ready and as my son was picking it up panic set it. But after a quick email to shop and giving my sons name they said it was fine he just needed the email order and to bring his Id brilliant customer service and the wife loved the necklace”

“I feel you get a much better service from independent jewellers. Peter Jackson the Jeweller have been excellent. Next day delivery sorted and a courtesy call to let me know. Plus a discount which alot of other jewellers don't always honour on big brand watches. Decent interest free credit terms too. Thoroughly recommended. Oh and I loved the free pen...”

“Customer service is very good was kept informed about a short delay. Delivery was in the time it was expected to be after the delay. The product was ordered as a gift and arrived wrapped with a bow and gift card.”
