“Very good service, professional and courteous .I will shop again at Peter Jackson as the service was very good ,the young lady who served me (Faye) was very good, Courteous at all times, not pushy, personally I'm one of those people if I'm pushed ,I'll just leave ,Not in this case. in a constructive advice was offered in a timely manner ,overall a very good experience. “Got an incredible deal on a Rado Captain Cook, down to £1650, usually a £2200 watch and it came perfect. Made up as I had my eye on this one for years! Only thing I would suggest is wearing gloves whilst handling the pieces as there was substantial dirt on the back of the case when I took it out of the box. Aside from that, perfect service and delivery. 24 hour from order to delivery is superb 👌”

“I live approx 200 miles away from Preston, but surprisingly, came across a watch on the 'Peter Jackson, Jewellers' online site, that I had been viewing closer to home. As their price was the best I'd seen for the watch, I decided to contact them by phone to establish their stock holding and enquire if they would hold the watch for me to come and personally view. From start to finish I found every member of staff that I spoke with extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable, and was made to feel very welcome on my visit to the shop a few days after my initial contact. Needless to say, I left very happy with my purchase and the service I received. Many thanks to Holly, who, although I didn't meet, was kind enough to put the watch aside for me and book my appointment. Also, Kelly, who took me through the sale, ensured that I knew how all the functions of the watch operated etc. Oh! and for the prosecco!! To those that were also involved, I apologise if I didn't get your name to include here, but appreciated your assistance just the same.”

“I purchased some earrings for my wife from Peter Jackson. Initially I was told they were out of stock and would be coming back in stock, and that I would be informed when they were back in and they would be sent out. I have to say that despite this initial disappointment, the team were spot on, and I was kept in touch with, they arrived when I was told they would and the gift wrapping was very impressive! I was ultimately very happy!”

“Fantastic customer service. Was looking for a watch that was not on the website and got in touch via chat and the team sourced the watch and created me a link to order. Excellent communication throughout. Price was very good and included sizing the strap and postage at no extra cost.”

“Ordered a few charms for a bracelet. They contacted me within minutes to say that they were waiting on delivery of a couple and did I want to wait and receive the order all together. They gave me an update and then a call to tell me they had despatched it all. Excellent customer service - a welcome change these days so would not hesitate to recommend .”

“Just a few words to thank all the team at the Preston store.....we have had jewellery from them on many occasions now....for our Wedding and Christmases and Birthdays... and each time has been an enjoyable experience ....great choice of jewellery and wonderful staff who go out of their way to help....special mention to Kelly who has helped us many times over the years ....and its always nice to see Peter in store and have a chat......all in all a very special shopping experience...Thank You so much.....”

“Not very good service to customers some of your some store specially preston and don't like your company rules “no refund” and if did then its on credit notes which apply only on your store, thats ridiculous . And the main things how customers will know your no refund , you not mentioned anywhere , if you did mentioned not easily seen.”
