“I'm always nervous about ordering online, especially from smaller businesses. I'd never heard of Peter Jackson before, but they came up on a Google search and when I read the reviews, I felt confident ordering from them. The service was excellent from start to finish, with quick delivery and email updates along the way. I even received a free pen from them, which I thought was a nice touch. Will definitely use this company again and will also recommend to friends and family.”

“Really happy with the service I received. They had the discontinued model I was looking for at a substantial discount. I was kept informed all along re tracking of delivery and the item was received very well packaged with a freebie enclosed. As a side note, I think this is the first online purchase I’ve made where payment was taken AFTER I had received the package. Quite the opposite experience from other “well known” dealers of Swiss watches who take your money THEN try and source the model. Very happy with Peter Jackson.”

“Great customer service and amazing products! Got drawn in to window shop initially, then came out with a beautiful piece of jewellery! Even with something else in mind as another gift and ended up going back a week later to collect it! The manager, Emma is brilliant”

“Faye made our experience amazing at Preston St George’s. I have a large ring size and we found it really difficult to find my engagement ring. Within a minute of walking into Peter Jackson, Faye was pulling rings and suggestions. She then went to the effort of looking through an online catalogue, where we found the one. She made the process of ordering and resizing so easy and the ring is absolutely PERFECT! Thankyou so so much.”
