Hi my order number is 1000012561. I paid 69.30 for my order but when i opened the parcel the invoice is here plus a card to review and a nomination gift bag wrapped in tissue with nothing else. Im so upset the two charms are misding plus my bracelet this is extremely odd could u please get back to me on this matter.
