“Very helpful,easy to order,per updated when shipped, item not arrived by stated time but that was due to the weather (snow/ice) which I expected. Sent email just to check on item email was responded to with update and instructions what to do next, was very helpful,items arrived next day. Would order again no problem”

“Really good customer care, from ordering a clogau bracelet online just before Christmas, and then ringing the Preston store to arrange collection, a lady called Zoe was so very helpful and had the gift ready for me when I got there. Very professional and a very friendly store.”

“Definitely 5☆ service. Ordered on Christmas Eve & arrived on the 28th. I would say that's impressive for the Christmas period. The buying experience was simple, with the bonus of a 10% off despite already being cheaper than any other seller! Excellent communication. The watch was beautifully, & discreetly packaged in a sturdy box. Royal Mail Special Delivery was used. I love the complementary pen too!! A good way of reminding me of the company! I would highly recommend this jeweller & wouldn't hesitate to buy from Peter Jackson again...”

“A superb gift for my wife, opened this morning (Christmas day)and she's delighted with it, very stylish, excellent quality I also received a nice discount on the price as a new customer, and better still I had nothing to do as it was already beautifully gift wrapped including a completed message tag. Postage was very prompt and "signed for", making customer service excellent, all terms, conditions are included in the box as well as returns and refunds but I don't envisage having to use them. To summarise a superb buying experience form a superb jeweller/retailer. I highly recommend "Peter Jackson" as an A1++ seller. Thank you. Mark Cooper”
