A superb gift for my wife, opened this morning (Christmas day)and she's delighted with it, very stylish, excellent quality I also received a nice discount on the price as a new customer, and better still I had nothing to do as it was already beautifully gift wrapped including a completed message tag. Postage was very prompt and "signed for", making customer service excellent, all terms, conditions are included in the box as well as returns and refunds but I don't envisage having to use them.
