Initial communique was very good,..sympathetic,compassionate & understanding of the grieving pet owners emotional state…..upon delivery of the ashes was much akin to taking receipt of a delivery from Australia post….I don’t know,..it was weird…..I guess @ the final hurdle of the process ,..maybe I was needing/wanting a reassurance that my dearly departed beautiful girl was home safely with me forever ever…perhaps not a “male”job….females are probably a bit more inclined to,..simply by nature,..be a bit more emphatic @ this very emotional & sensitive period in the clients grieving process….otherwise it’s a lovely service you provide to pet owners of S.E Qld…..thank u…🙏🐶🙏
