Absolutely amazing service, lot my lovely cat Fumbles today and didn’t trust anywhere else until I found Brian online. Brian was so polite and helpful whilst booking on the phone and even better in person, has an amazing choice of castings for any animal and a beautiful place of rest. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to cremate they’re loved pets

Dear Keith, Julie and the pets in peace team, I cannot thank you all enough for taking care of our beloved boy Abraham. Thank you so much for taking such good care of him through this difficult time. We opted for the private viewing and cremation service, it was a beautiful room that we were able to sit in with our boy to say our final good byes. The team were able to put our letters with Abe at the end. Also thank you so much for getting him home to us so quickly. Your kindness during this difficult time means the world to us.

July 2023 to February 2024 - ongoing issue, no final reply from management and no refund for missing pendant. I'm really upset by the poor management by the people who are decision makers in this company. The admin people on the phone are lovely but the people who should be resolving complaints are non-existent. Our cat passed in July 2023, 2 days before we moved overseas. We paid $480 for cremation ashes and a pawprint pendant. It took until the end of the year for the company to deliver the ashes to my daughter, with an explanation that something went wrong and that we wouldn't get the pendant but would receive a refund for it imminently. I sent an email on 7th December, to which got the reply "Thank you for your email yesterday. I have submitted your enquiry to our management team to investigate and follow up. They aim to get back to you within by close of business Monday. Take care and speak soon". I have not received any further communication and have not received my refund. I have chased again by email today, 6th February 2024. Wonder if I'll get an actual resolution this time?

Absolutely Heartbroken that our boy will never ever be home where he belongs. Our beautiful Rottweiler was unfortunately communally cremated instead of individually cremated, a massive mistake by the company. An investigation was done so hopefully this never happens to any other family. How could a 50kg Natural bobtail Rottweiler be not only lost but communally cremated when we requested individual cremation is beyond me. A refund of our money was given plus his fur cuttings and plaque but just not his ashes. My protector and best friend is gone forever but never forgotten. I'm fighting through tears writing this even with 2 months since we lost him. Maybe later i will get another Rotti when this horrible pain has eased.

There was so much miscommunication which was so very distressing for nearly four weeks before I got my little boy Scampie back .so disheartening to be treated so when your heart is 💔 broken ..I had heard such good info but sadly not for me in this sad journey...finally got onto to a caring person and finally got something done .. duty of care for clients really needs to be addressed...

I had a sweet dog, Penny, for approx a year. She was a rescue from a puppy farm. Sadly, she became unwell, and the advice from the vet was to let her go. I made that heart breaking decision. I was told about Pets In Peace, and had been given a pamphlet. I decided that I would do this. When I was able to make the decision about my wishes, I spoke to an amazing rep from their customer service team. I was informed that once Penny was ready to come home, an area manager would be in touch and organise a convenient time, to bring her home. I missed a call from the manager, which he followed up with a text message, stating he would be in my area; that day, at a specific time. I replied to this text and advised I would not be home. I advised a time when I would be available. I received another call from the area manager. I advised (again) I was not home and that I would be home the following day after 1pm. The area managers tone and responses were very short, dismissive and quite honestly, insensitive. He responded that he didn’t know where he would be the next day, and that he would just keep penny in his van. The following day, I had not heard from him. My intercom buzzed, and it was a female area manager who essentially said she had said she has Penny. I buzzed her in, she come to the door, handed me a bag and said something along the lines of here’s penny; and turned and walked off. There was absolutely no notice of this happening, I had not mentally prepared. She was rude; insensitive and quite honestly, came across as being more put out. I paid approx $330 for this service, and the level of service I was told I would get, was absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. From being told they will keep Penny in a van until he can arrange to be free, to be made to feel that I created an inconvenience, and the returning is Penny, I ended up feeling like I was nothing but a payment fee and revenue, as opposed to a customer who is grieving the loss of their furbaby. I sent through a written complaint, I did receive an email from the QLD field team manager, there was an apology, and actions put in place such as the 2 area managers sitting in the contact centre to view how the level of customer service should be, and other training. Whilst I appreciate the response and support the retraining; it in no way made up for me paying for a level of service and compassion, that I did not get. When someone is emotional and grieving, being treated this way is completely unacceptable

I only put one star because I couldn’t do a review without one! INCOMPETENT to say the least! I make a habit of only doing good reviews when I receive good service but I felt I had to. Families rang up to ask about progress of cremation was told bill had not been paid so they paid, bill had been paid for days before hand! I rang them Friday to ask opening hours on Saturday as I work from 9-5 weekdays. I was told 9-5 I said I would be up to pick up ashes at 9,30, one hour later they are still trying to track down ashes only to find out they have gone home with the driver for the weekend!!! I drove for 3 / 4 of an hour to pick my beloved boy up and it will take me an hour to get home then to drive another 1 / 2 an hour to Palm Beach to pick him up INCOMPETENT!!! This is a very distressing time and I feel absolutely sick to my stomach.

6 months ago we lost our beloved pup Muppet. We engaged pets in peace to help us make the hard decisions when it came time for her to pass over the rainbow bridge. The assistance and support we received made one of the most difficult times for us a little less hard, and no request was too much. I would recommend their service to anyone who has or is in the process of losing a beloved member of their family

Hello, In the most difficult time ever, it was nice to know that you took care of all of our needs, we loved our buddy its only now I can speak, I sleep with this ashes in my bed, I still cry every night, I sleep a lot through the day to stop the tears and not to show other family members how sad I really am, September the 18th 2021 at 1.30pm was a terrible day, so Thankyou for taking over our grief and making the process eaiser for my whole family, Regards Louise Badman..
