Unfortunately all of my details were incorrectly retrieved. I had to call 2-3 days after my pet had passed away to see what was going on. To be told a voice message had been left on my phone, when I said It hadn’t i then had to prompt to check if the number was right which it wasn’t. Nor was the delivery address.. thankfully the presentation and delivery of his ashes were nice - a more defined paw print would have been more special.

The several phone calls we made were met with lovely people. However, the chap who came to pick up our dog was alone. Our dog was 43kgs..I had nobody to ask to help lift. I had to help! The chap did most of the lifting of course. It's not a good look and isn't fair on both the client nor the P in P man. It only added to the sadness of the occasion. Two men should do tbe picking up of the drceased pet. I wondered how Pets in Peace expected their employees to lift some very heavy dogs on their own! It goes against Workplace Health & Safety.

It wasn’t the best experience. Ppl on the phone were not very confident in answering questions. The first call I answered they were laughing on the other end of the line, this was very off putting. The only pleasant lady I dealt with was the lady who dropped my dog home. Loosing your fur baby is hard enough, I needed Someone to take the stress out of the “after” and I didn’t feel like I got that. The whole process took longer than I expected.

The staff were lovely although i believe communication could be improved. There were a few hiccups with the cremation certificate, delivery and we could of had a smaller stone as there were still ashes remaining anyways, for such a small doggy I don't understand why the larger stone was suggested?

I wish the service was a little more personal. Each time i phoned i spoke to a different person. One set person would have been nice. Also took too long for my dog to get back to me. Mistakes were made and i made paid extra to have 2 paw prints placed in the cabinet but only one was taken and by the time you phoned and told me it was too late to have both paw prints as you had already cremated him which was very disappointing. Unfortunately I probably would not recommend you. The cabinet however is beautiful and i do like it. Thankyou

I was disappointed that I was the one making all the phone calls to Pets in Peace, rather than the other way around. I did receive a phone call to confirm that my cat had been sent to them, and then received an email and had to complete a form, which I did. But I was not appraised of how things were progressing or when her ashes would be sent to us. It took me to call them to find out what was happening. In the end I called them and asked if I could go the office where her ashes were and arranged to pick then up on the Saturday. Luckily I checked, again me ringing them, to be told the office I was going to was not open on Saturday. I eventually received her ashes 10 days after her passing. Did not expect to have to wait that long. We have said goodbye to other pets of ours in the past and the turnaround time was a lot quicker.

Hi Team, Bubba was my third fur baby entrusted in your care..I was disappointed with a couple of things..the day I made cremation details I was very clear..small red urn..Bubba's collar was to be put in urn with her(not cremated)..when I rang to confirm delivery I was told there were no red urns left Bubba would come home in a scatter box..I was gobsmacked.. when I made arrangements two months prior, why wasn't Bubba's urn set aside..I had paid deposits as requested..Janice informed me you had a rush on cremations..so you use someone else order? I asked if she could check other location for urn and Janine found one..undue stress..when Bubba arrived home I opened her urn no collar in there..after a search of the bags it was in the bottom of the bag..this was not my instruction..however your framing service you now use were amazing..great service great product..but the delay in delivering earlier .. they waited just over 3 weeks for Bubba's castings..this was paid for a couple of days after Bubba's passing..my pick up and delivery person was just AMAZING!!!!

Unfortunately, first they went to return my pet to a neighbour. My postbox has a big number on it- and houses on the other side are odd numbers (like every street!) . Then, after handing my pet back (hopefully mine), I pointed out that the other items (certificate, lock of fur, etc) were for another pet... another family. They had to return with the correct items. It’s upsetting enough, without those mistakes.
