The several phone calls we made were met with lovely people. However,the chap who came to pick up our dog was alone.Our dog was 43kgs..I had nobody to ask to help lift. I had to help! The chap did most of the lifting of course.It's not a good look and isn't fair on both the client nor the P in P man. It only added to the sadness of the occasion. Two men should do tbe picking up of the drceased pet.
I wondered how Pets in Peace expected their employees to lift some very heavy dogs on their own! It goes against Workplace Health & Safety.
