Unfortunately, first they went to return my pet to a neighbour. My postbox has a big number on it- and houses on the other side are odd numbers (like every street!) .
Then, after handing my pet back (hopefully mine), I pointed out that the other items (certificate, lock of fur, etc) were for another pet... another family.
They had to return with the correct items.
It’s upsetting enough, without those mistakes.
